Our Story
In February of 1978, Marcia and David Pressley opened the original Parklane Seafood on Parklane Road in Columbia, SC. Their goal was, and still is to provide customers with the best possible dining experience. When David and Marcia reached this goal, they opened a second Parklane Seafood on Leesburg Road. Then, in 1990 Parklane went mobile with Parklane Catering reaching folks throughout the Southeast.
In an effort to focus more on growing the catering side of the business, Parklane Seafood Restaurant closed its doors and moved to the shores of Lake Wateree. There the restaurant adopted a new name, Colonel's Creek Grill, and offered a new menu.
Parklane Catering takes great pride in providing you with all of your catering needs, from corporate picnics to small gatherings. All fried food is prepared on location in cholesteral free 100% peanut oil.
